Our client is one of the prominent players in FMCG worldwide. The company has impressive brands portfolio, most of them placed in leading positions throughout their respective markets. Romania is definitely one of the important markets and it’s treated accordingly. With the appropriate resources, brand tools and strategy, the company is seeks a remarkable growth for the next year. In order to support this ambitious plan, we’re searching now a Brand Manager.
As a general description of the role, the Brand Manager will plan, develop, and direct all marketing and communication initiatives for one of the leading brands of the company. In this view, you will be responsible for coordinating activities of various internal and external specialists in production, direct sales, advertising, promotion, research and development, and marketing research.
Researching relevant consumer markets and monitoring market trends will be considered very important as part of a regional team providing relevant information.
The Brand Manager should have remarkable experience as our client will be expecting new, efficient ways to communicate with customers. Given the specifics of the products branded, it will be compulsory to oversee all advertising and marketing initiatives, with a particular focus on BTL.
Liaising with third party partners such as designers, copywriters, media buyers and printers, communication agencies etcetera.
