Qualifications
 
• 3 to 5 years experience in composite industry or relevant production
• University degree, preferably from Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
• Strong focus on process management and development
• Knowledge on productivity methods, Kaizen, Six sigma etc. would be an asset
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• knowledge of industry and quality standards

Responsibilities:

• Works along with all other Engineering groups to provide support for the Manufacturing Group and to this end he will be the focal point of contact for all problems that arise relating to the product during manufacturing
• Explore continuously the possibilities of increasing the production efficiency and make actions for the daily problems;
• Assures that the documentation is linked to the process is updated. Analyzing downtimes and implement corrective actions
• Participates in each engineering change
• Evaluates existing assembly methods and tooling in terms of technology, efficiency and quality
• Reviews the technical parts, methods and means of production
