The qualifications for Recruitment Officer
University degree preferably from Social Sciences, Business Administration, Industrial or Management Engineering, preferably having master degree in HR, Organizational Behavior or Psychology
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Minimum 3 years experience in HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, training and corporate development processes
Expert on MS Office applications
The Requirement of the Role
Support implementation of core HR processes and tools such as recruitment, performance management process, etc.
Support development and execution of plant training plan in line with people needs
Create new tools and processes to build and sustain effective and open communication within the company as well as improving current ones
Inform employees about company initiatives (i.e. organizational changes) timely and effectively
Partner with employees and management to communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations.
Administers various human resources plans and procedures for the plant employees
Maintain compliance with labor law
Compose and administer the Reward and Recognition program for the plant employees
Follow up on the action plans of head office
Develop and follow up HR Budget
Flexibility to travel abroad and within the country when necessary
