Our client is an international construction company specialized in design, coordination and realization of commercial and industrial spaces. The company undertakes all kind of turn-key projects offering services like: turn-key construction, engineering, architectural design and feasibility studies. The company was involved in significant projects in different cities of the country such as Bucharest, Iasi, Constanta and also gained and executed many projects abroad in countries like: Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, Cyprus, Georgia, Kazakhstan.
The person hired for this job will be responsible to:
- establish and attend meetings with clients;
- make and sustain presentation;
- prepare offers for company clients;
- oversee the contract stages and maintain a good relation with the clients (without site work).
The candidate we are looking for should have:
- the University of Architecture graduate (is a plus);
- strong AUTOCAD knowledge;
- very good level of English or French;
- 3 D MAX knowledge (preferred);
- driving license (optional);
- good communication and presentation skills.
