MISSION
The Finance and Accounting Manager is directly responsible at the country level of all duties related to internal control and management reporting, notwithstanding that the Country Manager is ultimately responsible.
The Finance and Accounting Manager is responsible for the overall Financial accounting, Financial Management, Banking matters, Cost/Management accounting, Reporting, Tax.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial accounting:
Preparing and analyzing balance sheets and profit & loss accounts. Turning this information into reporting packages for management and head office
Corporation tax calculations and returns for various companies
VAT matters and VAT returns
Preparing statutory accounts
Financial Management:
Risk management
Relation management Banks
Position management reporting
Cost / Management accounting:
Reconciliation and valuation of inventory
Cost analysis of executed contracts
Analysis of results of the Romanian activities
PERSONAL SKILLS
Very disciplined and rigorous
Comfortable working with tight deadlines and objectives
Relevant experience in finance and accounting
Experienced in working in a multinational environment, being flexible in accepting new requirements from the Group
Hands-on, ready to go to the detail when needed
Dynamic, creative and innovative in proposing new ideas
